Order Processing
Standard Processing Time: We typically process your order within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving it.
Extended Processing Time: In some cases, processing time may take 2-5 business days, depending on order volume and product stock.
Note: Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We ship through logistics partners worldwide. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is for reference only.
Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks after shipment.
Delivery time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination of the items in your order.
Taxes Included. All taxes, import duties, and customs fees are included in our prices. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon receipt.
Any applicable shipping promotions or discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping and Customs
We handle customs matters for you. All prices you see include VAT/Sales Tax, import duties, and any customs fees in the country from which we ship. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon receipt.
Address Accuracy
Verification: Please ensure all receiving information is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we may charge actual reshipment costs. If the inability to deliver is due to error by the carrier or on our part, we will not charge a reshipment fee.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking Information Updates: Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become effective.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Partial Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, we may ship in partial shipments to expedite delivery.
Additional Fees: There are no additional shipping fees for partial shipments.
